About
I write server code, the schema underneath it, and — the part I actually enjoy — the reason the schema is shaped that way. Ten years of backend work: operational systems, integrations, the machinery a business runs on rather than the screens it shows.
Since 2024 I've been moving toward the layers below the application: cryptography, Linux and self-hosted infrastructure, microcontrollers on my own desk. Different subjects, same question — what is this actually doing.
Right now I'm building Pantensa solo: a household pantry and nutrition tracker that logs a meal once and updates both the nutrient totals and the stock. Backend, frontend, schema, deploy — one head holding the whole line. Pre-release.

Mechanisms, not agreements ↗263 green tests, a green type-check, and every value on screen read undefined. Generated OpenAPI types, ESLint boundaries and import-linter — what actually goes red, and when.
